SW: Merry Christmas, humans. Lorenzo and I are away for the holidays.
L: yeah, we’re spending Winters night with family.
SW: It’s basically our version of Christmas except instead of a fat guy delivering presents, we got an intelligent tree creature that gives you cured meats and candied fruit if you’re good. Or throws coarse nuts and chewed bones at your head if you’re bad.
L: Yeah, it’s a pretty effective way to keep your children well behaved. No one will act up ever again if they got stuff thrown at them by a tree monster. Anyway, the artist will return after the holidays so . . .
